BBQ Spicy Charred Cod
BBQ Spicy Charred Cod (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves, grated
pinch of salt
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 cod steaks
Method:
Mix the garlic. spices, salt and oil into a paste.
Smear the paste over the fish, cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
BBQ for 10-12 minutes on each side until cooked.
