| COLESLAW RECIPE |
Coleslaw
Coleslaw (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1/4 small cabbage
2 carrots
celery stalk
1 onion
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tblsp white vinegar
1 tsp French mustard
Method:
Finely chop all the vegetables and toss well together.
In a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.
Drizzle over the vegetables, toss well and serve.
