Cottage Cheese Dip
Cottage Cheese Dip (Serves 10 - 12)
Ingredients:
450g cottage cheese
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped watercress
1/2 tsp salt
freshly grond black pepper
1 crushed clove garlic
1/2 tsp paprika to garnish
Method:
Blend together the cottage cheese, caraway seeds, green pepper, watercress, salt pepper and garlic.
Pile the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with crisp sticks of carrots, cuumber, celery, cauliflowers florets, marrows or bread sticks.
