| PEACH TART RECIPE |
Peach Tart
Peach Tart (serves 4)
Ingredients:
250g puff pastry
4 large peaches (sliced)
8 tablespoons of honey
Method:
Preheat the oven to 220C/gas mark 7.
Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and use it to line a 20 cm diameter circular dish.
Prick the pastry slightly with a fork.
Place the sliced peaches on the pastry and pour the honey evenly.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until the pastry and the peaches are cooked.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Optional : serve with cream.
