Quick Pizza
Quick Pizza (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 wholemeal roll
polyunsaturated margarine
25g lean ham, chopped
t sliced tomato
1 tbsp chopped onion
25g sliced low-fat cheese
Method:
Split the roll in two and spread each half with a little margarine.
Divide the ham, tomato and onion between the two halves and cover each half with slices of cheese.
Cook under a fairly hot grill for 5 to 10 minuntes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
