| SALMON DIP RECIPE |
Salmon Dip
Salmon Dip (Serves 4-8)
Ingredients:
200 grams of cream cheese
a can of pink salmon drained and skinned
dash of vodka (optional)
1 tablespoon of tomato juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Method:
Drain the salmon and place in the mixer along with the other ingredients.
Work through till it is one creamy mixture.
Serve chilled with some crackers.
