| TUNA DIP RECIPE |
Tuna Dip
Tuna Dip (Serves 4-8)
Ingredients:
250 grams of ricotta cheese
185 grams of tuna fish (can be canned)
4 green olives (without stone)
1 tablespoon of plain low-fat yoghurt
1 tablespoon of capers
lemon slice (optional - as a decoration)
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and work through.
Place the dip in a bowl and place the slice of lemon on top as a decoration.
Serve with crackers
