| WATERMELON WITH HONEY RECIPE (DESSERT) |
Watermelon with Honey
Watermelon with Honey (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
1 small watermelon
2 tbsp clear honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp sherry
25g flaked roasted almonds
Method:
Scoop the flesh out of the watermelon, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Mix together the honey, lemon juice and sherry, then fold in the melon.
Chill for 1 hour.
Spoon into glasses and sprinkle with the almonds to serve.
